The iPad Does It All

The more we use iPads in school, the more I realise just what this small device is actually capable of. Over the past week my class have been working together on a short ICT related project to create a movie. My initial plans involved using the iPad for just one part of the story, but it quickly evolved into becoming the ONLY device used for the whole tale.

Online in the real world

I've been working with our upper school classes over the past few weeks about the using the Internet for communucation, during which we have looked at the difference between 'real world' communication and 'online' communication styles. One year on...

It was last October that I began a project that had a massive impact on the way I teach ICT. I had an opportunity, whilst my class were being taught by a trainee teacher, to see just what we could do on an iPad. Turns out it was lots!
