The sinister and haunted lighthouse has been known to be congested with ghosts. The tinted windows gleam in it's own light, as the moon glistens the night sky.
Many years ago a man named John M Finnigan lived there. He had two children and a loving wife. One summer's day John and his family went out on their sailing boat. They were making their way back and surprisingly the light went out. John, not knowing what to do, swerved and crashed into the rocks. Legend says that John and his family's ghosts are still in the lighthouse.
The lighthouse is known to have been built in the late 1500's. (The Tudor period.) With it's smashed windows and buckled frames, the lighthouse to the town is a very scary place. The bulb of the lighthouse has never been changed since the terrible crash occurred.
Nobody dare venture in the lighthouse ever since the John and his family died. The lighthouse is stationed right next to a small cottage.
Recently there have been plans to knock it down. The town has protested against this because it has been there for so long. The Mayor: Harry J Quimby, says that the lighthouse is one of the County's best attractions for scariness.
The lighthouse has been haunted for many years now and will never be forgotten. Historians have been studying the lighthouse for years but not one of them ever dare go in there.
