On Sunday afternoon I was sent a tweet by @dughall asking me if I had seen, or was aware of 'Aurasma'. I wasn't. I'd never heard of it, but being the curious type I took a look. I'm glad I did because what I saw made my jaw drop to the floor.
I've just been playing with the '2Investigate' program within 2Simples PurpleMash creative online learning package that we use in school, and in particular the new 'collaborative' feature of 2Investigate.
Last January I was pleased to announce that the school website had managed to get its very own iPhone / iPodTouch app up and running for pupils / parents and friends of the school to use to keep up to date with events at school.
I've recently discovered a new and useful website called Amplify.
"Amplify gives you the easiest way to clip, share and spark conversation about articles, blog posts or anything else you read on the web" the site says...
A few days ago I posted about the idea for a pupil version of a teachmeet, and how it could potentially work. Since then I've been talking with others on Twitter and it seems that it already happens, or is about to happen - sort of!
