Progressing the right way

Today has been a much more calm, less stressful day in the world of create-your-own-VLEs. Things seems to be clicking into place. 

I have a green light

So, after a fortnight of anxiety, problems and worries the school learning platform solution is starting to fall into place. I am all prepared for a staff meeting on Monday to go through it with them.

The training is paying off

I was really pleased after school today to see the fruits of my training labours (from last year) paying off. I was in my classroom when a Teaching Assistant came in to ask a question about using the Smart Notebook software to create a resource. 

Embedded Timelines

I've been looking for an online timeline creator, that could be used to show some of the key events that have occured over the past 100 years both in and out of the school (seeing as this year we celebrate 100 years of education in the same building).

Thoughts after a week...

I've got mixed feelings after the first week, and the introduction of our Learning Platform. There were some good results, but (as I stated in an earlier post) there were a hell of a lot of negative issues too.

Teething problems?

Well not just teething problems, gum problems, mouth problems,  head problems, entire body problems!!!
